During the week of April 21 to 28, 2007, Watsu practitioners, students, and instructors around the world will donate thousands of aquatic bodywork sessions and classes to those with special needs. Other populations such as the elderly, teenagers, children, and pregnant women will also benefit. World Watsu Week is meant to spread Watsu’s message: we are all one family. Resulting from the connection that Watsu nurtures, this message underlies the therapy’s effectiveness in clinics and spas and the personal growth we see in classes. It is a message very much needed in this period of global unrest and divisiveness. For more information about events that may be happening in your area, or to get involved, please visit www.watsu.com, www.watsu.ca, or www.waba.edu.
